Putin prone to quash internet

Putin Moscow-- Vladimir Putin was taken into the Kremlin on Sunday for any third term as leader in elections that experts in Russia say were marred by serious fraud.Having a fifth of ballots over the huge country counted by late Sunday evening, Putin, that has offered as pm for 4 years while his protege, Dmitri Medvedev, stored the primary chair warm for him, acquired 63% of votes cast, based on the central election commission. The outcomes throw into doubt plans introduced Thursday by Medvedev for any new, independent public television funnel free from advertising.Bloggers the plans result like a sop towards the opposition which, with Medvedev's political future now uncertain, they could be cast off by Putin. The election result was praised by Putin's chief of staff, Stanislav Govorukhin, a Soviet-era film director switched politician, as "the cleanest within the good reputation for Russia" and something that reflected the "respect and loveInch of Russians for Putin.Hundreds of 1000's of his supporters were bussed into Moscow's Red-colored Square late Sunday for any thoroughly planned election victory celebration. Many were from professional-Putin youth group Nashi or employees guaranteed extra pay along with a break, local media reported.Television images demonstrated Putin, Medvedev at his side, apparently losing a tear prior to making a psychological speech denouncing recent mass opposition demos as "political provocations."The tearful performance motivated puns over the Internet alluding to some 1979 Soviet-era Oscar-winning film by Govorukhin's contemporary Vladimir Menshov, "Moscow Doesn't Have confidence in Tears."
